They were fine. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off and they originally suggested that we should be the ones paying for it, but we refused. They said we needed to air out the bathroom more and use the fan. But the fan was automatic and if we opened the bathroom window the hallway got really cold and some doors would slam weirdly. Other than that they weren't really involved at the property. They were quite good about letting us know (through the agency) when work would be carried out at the house.
